Every session, every day. Fully coached, start to finish.
Come in and do your own thing outside of class times.
Every second Sunday. Mobility, breath, recovery.

A few quick setups before your first class so you're plugged in to everything we do.
Book your classes, manage your membership, check the schedule. This is your front door. You probably already have it from signing up, but just in case:
Your in-class programme. Track every lift, calculate percentages, see your progress over time.
Our education hub. Four new videos every week: Training, Nutrition, Recovery, plus a weekly anonymous Q&A.
Jump into the PACE® Athlete chat for banter and the Announcements chat for everything official.
Trainers you can lift, workout or run in. Some people bring both. Apart from that, no dress code. Whatever you feel comfiest in. No judgement.
Water bottle. We have a fountain on site, plus energy drinks, sports drinks and protein bars. Bring a towel if you sweat a lot (we really don't mind). That's basically it.

5 to 10 minutes before class. Chill in the waiting area. The coach will come and get you ready to go.

One hour. Four phases. Coached from the second you walk in to the second you rack the last weight.
Prep the body. Get the blood moving.
The main lift. Heavy or technical.
Build the supporting work.
Finish strong. Earn the shower.
Coached from start to finish. Every movement scaled to where you're at.

First class. Meet a coach. Introduce yourself to one other member.
Two sessions, minimum. Get used to the classes and the environment. Don't worry about the numbers yet.
You're recognised when you walk in. You know where everything is. You've got a favourite coach.
It feels like a second home. Maybe you've added an extra session a week.
That's the first month.
The second month is when things start getting interesting.
